Usage Guidelines

• Swimwear must be worn at all times. • Stay hydrated and take breaks between heat rounds. • Only the sauna team should operate the wood-fired stove. • If feeling dizzy or unwell, exit the sauna immediately. • Not suitable for those who are pregnant (early stages), have cardiovascular conditions, pacemakers​/​defibrillators, joint injuries, or chronic medical conditions without medical advice. • Event organisers are responsible for helping ensure guests follow safety guidance.

Setup Requirements

• Flat, accessible space suitable for a horse-box trailer (approx. 6–7m length). • Sufficient clearance for towing vehicle access and turning. • Clear area around the sauna free from flammable materials. • Power not required — sauna is fully wood-fired. • Optional: Access to water for cold plunges (if provided by the event). • Event organiser to manage safe guest flow around the sauna.
