We’re Sophie & Joe — outdoor lovers, wild swimmers, and sauna enthusiasts. Our sauna journey began on a crisp winter’s day on the Norfolk coast, and we were instantly hooked by the heat, the cold-water plunge, and the warm glow afterwards. We wanted to bring that feeling closer to home, creating a welcoming space where people can slow down, recharge, and connect with nature — and that’s how The Roaming Sauna was born. We can’t wait to share the steam, the laughter, and the calm with you.
