Each pod includes a sauna with either hot stone (up to 99°C) or infrared (heated up to 65°C), a cold plunge bath (set between 3–10°C), and a shower, with space to change and unwind. Alternate between Hot & Cold, refresh in the shower, and make it personal with your own music or podcasts on the Sonos speaker – your wellness, your way.
