Roots & Rocks creates welcoming, wood-fired sauna experiences rooted in nature, community, and simple ritual. Founded by Catherine, Roots & Rocks is about slowing down and reconnecting — with yourself, with others, and with the landscapes we move through. Sessions are relaxed, inclusive, and designed to feel accessible whether it’s your first sauna or part of a regular practice. From quiet woodland settings to community-led spaces, each sauna is thoughtfully placed and gently hosted, encouraging guests to take their time, listen to their bodies, and enjoy the changing seasons. Everyone is welcome.
