A gentle pause. A breath of nature. A day to come home to yourself. Wild Wellbeing Days are an invitation to step out of the rush of everyday life and into the steady, grounding rhythm of nature. Held in and around the cosy Blossom Yurt, nestled amongst the Howgill Fells at Howgills Hideaway, this day is about softening, laughing, breathing deeply and remembering what it feels like to be fully present. This is not about fixing yourself. It’s about tending to yourself with care, curiosity and a good dose of joy. The day unfolds gently, with space to move, rest, create, reflect and simply be all held in a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Come as you are. Leave lighter than you arrived.

Howgills Hideaway, near Sedbergh Nestled amongst the rolling Howgill Fells, between the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales. A peaceful, nature-soaked glamping site with wide skies, fresh air and a sense of space to slow right down.

Safety & Experience Level

This experience is designed to be accessible and welcoming for all, including complete beginners. All activities are optional and gently guided you’re always encouraged to listen to your body and rest whenever you need. Movement and yoga practices are adaptable, with plenty of choice offered throughout the day. There’s no pressure to push, perform or keep up. Time outdoors will be at an easy, relaxed pace and adjusted to suit the weather and group.
