Kate has been swimming outdoors since 2018. What began as a way to clear her head and support her own mental health has grown into a passion, a community, and now a nurturing coaching space for swimmers of all abilities. Whether you’re new to open water, rebuilding confidence, or simply wanting a calm, grounded presence beside you as you explore cold water, you’re in safe hands. Expect relaxed, heart-led sessions that focus on you: your pace, your comfort, and how being in the water makes you feel. Qualifications
I’m a qualified STA Level 2 Open Water Swim Coach, trained to support swimmers safely and confidently in natural environments. I specialise in helping people build water confidence, develop relaxed open-water technique, and enjoy cold-water swimming in a calm, supportive way.
