YOUR SESSION Shared sauna sessions last approximately 55 minutes. The times displayed in the SwimNest booking calendar are the available You Can Sauna sessions that can be booked through SwimNest. Simply choose your preferred available time, select the number of guests and submit your booking request. Once accepted, your session is confirmed. WHAT TO BRING • Clean swimwear • Two towels — one to sit on and one for afterwards • Drinking water • Flip-flops, sliders or suitable footwear • Warm layers or a robe for afterwards • A change of clothes • A bag for wet items ABOUT THE WATER The sauna sits beside Marine Lake and the sea, but open-water swimming is not part of the organised You Can Sauna session. You Can Sauna does not supervise or facilitate swimming in Marine Lake or the sea. Anyone choosing to enter the water does so independently and entirely at their own risk. Always assess the conditions before entering and follow local safety guidance. House rules

• Please arrive approximately 10 minutes before your session. • Clean swimwear must be worn in the sauna. • Bring two towels and always sit on a towel inside the sauna. • Remove outdoor footwear before entering the sauna. • Bring drinking water and stay hydrated throughout your visit. • Do not attend under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs. • Do not touch or tend the sauna stove, chimney, rocks or fire equipment. • Only use water provided or approved by the sauna host on the sauna stones. • Respect other guests and keep noise at a considerate level. • Ask permission before photographing other guests. • Follow all guidance given by the You Can Sauna team. • Any decision to enter Marine Lake or the sea is separate from the sauna experience and entirely at your own risk.

Usage Guidelines

• Sauna and cold-water exposure carry inherent risks.
