The Mendip Sauna is committed to providing a safe, enjoyable and relaxing experience for all guests. • Guests should be in good health and use the sauna at their own discretion. • Anyone who is pregnant, has a cardiovascular condition, high or low blood pressure, or any medical concerns should seek medical advice before using the sauna. • Guests must follow any instructions provided by The Mendip Sauna team during the event. • Alcohol consumption before or during sauna use is not recommended. • Children under 16 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. • Appropriate swimwear or agreed event attire should be worn unless otherwise arranged for private bookings. • Guests should remain hydrated throughout their sauna experience. • The sauna should be exited immediately if any guest feels unwell, dizzy or uncomfortable. • The Mendip Sauna reserves the right to refuse access to anyone whose behaviour may compromise the safety or enjoyment of others.
