Slay The Day | LGBTQ+ Wellness Retreat | Cardiff

Step into an evening of queer movement, presence and connection at Slay The Day - an LGBTQ+ wellness retreat created to help us reconnect with ourselves, our bodies and each other in a space that feels joyful, grounding and unapologetically queer. Hosted at Spit & Sawdust - Cardiff’s iconic skatepark and creative community venue - the evening invites you to slow down, move freely and settle into community through yoga, sauna and dance led by a live DJ. Expect a warm, inclusive atmosphere centred around wellbeing, expression and collective care in a unique industrial space full of queer energy and creativity. Together we’ll stretch, sweat, dance, rest and reconnect; creating space to feel more present in our bodies, more connected to community and more at ease within ourselves.
