House rules

• Please arrive 10 minutes before your session starts. • Bring two towels (one to sit on, one to dry off). • No outdoor footwear inside the sauna. • No glass bottles or alcohol. • Keep noise respectful for other guests sharing the session. • Do not attend if you are feeling unwell or have contraindications to heat therapy. • Please leave the space tidy and take all belongings with you.

Usage Guidelines

• Stay hydrated — bring a water bottle. • Take breaks from the heat if needed. • Cool down gradually between sauna rounds using fresh air or the cold-water tub. • Listen to your body; if you feel light-headed, exit the sauna immediately. • If you’re new to sauna, start with shorter intervals and build up slowly.
