YOUR SESSION Shared sauna sessions last approximately 50 minutes. The times displayed in the SwimNest booking calendar are the available You Can Sauna sessions that can be booked through SwimNest. Simply choose your preferred available time, select the number of guests and submit your booking request. Once accepted, your session is confirmed. WHAT TO BRING • Clean swimwear • Two towels — one to sit on and one for afterwards • Drinking water • Suitable outdoor footwear • Warm layers or a robe for afterwards • A change of clothes • A bag for wet items ABOUT THE RIVER The sauna sits beside the River Dart, but the river itself is public open water and is not part of the You Can Sauna session. You Can Sauna does not supervise or facilitate river access. Anyone choosing to approach or enter the river does so independently and entirely at their own risk. River depth, temperature, currents and conditions can change without warning. House rules

• Please arrive approximately 10 minutes before your session. • Clean swimwear must be worn in the sauna. • Bring two towels and always sit on a towel inside the sauna. • Remove outdoor footwear before entering the sauna. • Bring drinking water and stay hydrated throughout your visit. • Do not attend under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs. • Do not touch or tend the sauna stove, chimney, rocks or fire equipment. • Only use water provided or approved by the sauna host on the sauna stones. • Respect other guests and keep noise at a considerate level. • Ask permission before photographing other guests. • Follow all guidance given by the You Can Sauna team. • Any decision to approach or enter the River Dart is separate from the sauna experience and entirely at your own risk.

Usage Guidelines

• Sauna and cold-water exposure carry inherent risks. Listen to your body and stop immediately if you feel dizzy, light-headed, nauseous, uncomfortable or otherwise unwell. • Keep individual sauna rounds relatively short rather than staying in continuously. • Cool down between rounds. • Use the cold shower gradually and carefully. • Stay hydrated throughout your visit. • Leave the sauna immediately if you begin to feel unwell. • Take care around the site, as this is a natural outdoor environment and surfaces may be uneven or slippery. • Do not attend if you are currently unwell or contagious. • If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are unsure whether sauna or cold exposure is suitable for you, seek appropriate medical advice before attending. • Open-water swimming is not supervised or included in the experience. If you choose to enter the River Dart, assess the conditions carefully and follow recognised open-water safety guidance. • Always follow the instructions of your sauna host during your visit.
