Revivo Sauna offers outdoor wood-fired sauna and cold plunge experiences designed to support recovery, wellbeing and connection. Based at Cambridge Rugby Club, our 55-minute shared sessions allow you to move between the warmth of the wood-fired sauna and refreshing cold plunges at your own pace, helping you slow down, reset and leave feeling recharged. Each session is limited to just 6 guests, creating a relaxed and welcoming environment whether you’re visiting alone, with friends or as part of your wellness routine. Alongside our regular Cambridge sessions, Revivo Sauna is available for private hire, corporate wellness events, retreats, festivals and bespoke gatherings across Cambridgeshire and beyond. House rules

• Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your session. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time. • Swimwear must be worn at all times. • Bring two towels (one to sit on in the sauna and one for drying). • Bring a refillable water bottle. • No alcohol or drugs before or during your session. • Follow all staff instructions at all times. • Do not touch the sauna stove, heater or other hot surfaces. • Leave the sauna or cold plunge immediately if you feel unwell. • Be respectful of fellow guests and the facilities. Revivo Sauna reserves the right to refuse entry or remove participants acting unsafely or in breach of these rules. No refunds will be issued in these circumstances.

Usage Guidelines

By booking, you confirm that you are medically fit to participate in sauna bathing and cold water immersion. Do not attend if you are pregnant, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or have a medical condition that may be affected by heat or cold exposure without first seeking medical advice. Participants must be aged 16 or over. Guests aged 16–17 must have parental or guardian consent. All activities are undertaken at your own risk. Cancellation Policy Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the session start time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable.
