We’ll be having a 90 minute sauna at the beautiful 'The Outdoor Sauna' in Merthyr Mawr. This longer session gives us time to properly relax, settle into the heat and enjoy the space. House rules

• Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the session so you can settle in. (Meet at the barn Cafe) • Bring water, 2 towels, and swimwear. • This session is for queer and marginalised gender people only. • If you have any health concerns, please consult a medical professional before attending. • There are gendered & gender neutral changing & toilet facilities available to this sauna location. *There is free parking available at The Outdoor Sauna*
