Join us for a Queer Sauna session at Taffside Sauna, set alongside the River Taff in Cardiff. Taffside Sauna is a riverside sauna space overlooking the River Taff. Nestled beside the water, it offers a calm, outdoor setting with space to pause, warm up, and cool down with optional cold plunge barrels between rounds. About the Sauna; During your session, you’ll have access to: 🔥 Barrel wood-fired sauna 🧊 Cold plunge barrels 🧥 A space to hang belongings Please note: There are steps into the sauna and cold plunge barrels 🚾 No toilet facilities at this location ⛺️ A communal changing tent is available (see photo's for reference), though it’s easiest to arrive already in swimwear (under clothing) Session Details; 📅 Saturday 24 January 2026 ⏰ 11:45 & 13:00 (two separate sessions) ℹ️ Please select one of these times when booking. Usage Guidelines

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the session so you can settle in. • Bring water, 2 towels, water, and wear your swimwear underneath your clothes for ease. (No outdoor clothes to be worn in sauna) • This session is for queer and marginalised gender people only. • If you have any health concerns, please consult a medical professional before attending.
