House rules

• Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your session start time. • Under-18s must be accompanied by an adult. • No alcohol or substance use before or during sessions. • If you feel unwell at any point, please exit the sauna immediately. • Respect the natural surroundings and keep noise to a considerate level. • Leave the space as you found it — please take all belongings and rubbish home.
