Join us at Popty Sôna Mo, Bethesda’s local community sauna, for a Sunday reset. Our wood-fired sauna is set in the heart of Cosyn, where you can sweat it out in the heat and then cool off in the plunge pool, cold shower, or nearby natural swimming spot. We run every Sunday with 1-hour bookable slots between 10:00–18:00. House rules

• Please arrive 10 minutes before your booked slot. • Bring swimwear, a towel, and water to stay hydrated. • Respect other guests — this is a shared space. • Alcohol is not permitted inside the sauna.

Usage Guidelines

• Stay hydrated: drink water before and after your session. • Limit sauna time to a maximum of 15–20 minutes per round. • Cool down safely: use the plunge pool, cold shower, or natural pool between sauna rounds. • Not recommended for those with heart conditions, high​/​low blood pressure, or if pregnant. • Children must be supervised at all times. • Leave the sauna immediately if you feel dizzy, unwell, or lightheaded. ⚠️ Disclaimer: Use of the sauna is at your own risk.
