Usage Guidelines

• Please follow all safety guidance provided on the day of hire • Children must be supervised at all times in and around the sauna and plunge • No alcohol or drugs to be used during sauna or cold-plunge sessions • Allow the stove and water to cool fully before attempting to go near heating elements • Keep doorways and access areas clear for safe entry​/​exit • Please respect heat limits and listen to your body throughout the session

Service Area / Delivery Radius

We operate from Leamington Spa and can deliver to most locations in Warwickshire, the Cotswolds and the West Midlands. If you’re outside this area, just let us know — we regularly travel for retreats, celebrations and corporate bookings.

Setup Requirements

To ensure smooth delivery and setup, please provide: For the Sauna: • A level space approx. 5m x 2.5m • Safe vehicle access for towing & positioning • Suitable space for the steps​/​entry area • Access to water optional (only if you’d like bucket rinsing between rounds) For the Cold Plunge: • Flat area for placement • Hose or water source for filling the tubs • Access to a drain area for emptying (we can assist where needed) We take care of heating the sauna, preparing the plunge and ensuring everything is ready before your session begins.
