We deliver, set up, heat the sauna, fill the plunge, and make sure everything is ready for your session. All you need to do is step into the heat… then take the invigorating plunge. Usage Guidelines

General: • Sit on a towel inside the sauna • Maximum recommended sauna session: 15–20 minutes at a time • Only use the provided “sauna water” on the stove rocks • Take extra care when surfaces are wet • Children must be supervised at all times • No alcohol, smoking, vaping or drugs in or around the sauna or plunge • Do not use the sauna or plunge if pregnant, feeling unwell, dizzy, or with certain medical conditions (heart issues, high​/​low blood pressure, etc.) Cold Plunge Safety: • Enter slowly and exit carefully • Do not submerge your head unless you are experienced and confident • Never use the cold plunge alone • Warm up gradually between dips • People with heart conditions or circulation disorders should not use the plunge Please always follow the team’s guidance for your safety.

Setup Requirements

To ensure smooth delivery and setup, please provide: For the Sauna: • A level area approx. 5m x 2.5m • Safe vehicle access for delivery & collection • Space for wood storage For the Cold Plunge: • A flat, stable area for placement • No hose or water access required — we bring our own portable tubs Wild Mourne Wellness will handle all heating, setup and preparation so everything is ready for your session.
