Usage Guidelines

Sauna and cold-water immersion expose the body to significant changes in temperature. Please listen to your body and take breaks whenever needed. • Keep individual sauna rounds relatively short rather than remaining in the heat continuously. • Cool down between rounds. • Enter the cold plunge gradually and carefully. • Never use the cold plunge if you feel dizzy, faint or unwell. • Stay hydrated throughout the experience. • Leave the sauna immediately if you feel light-headed, nauseous, excessively uncomfortable or otherwise unwell. • Take care when moving around the site, as this is a natural woodland environment and surfaces may be uneven or slippery. • Remove jewellery or other items that may become uncomfortable in high temperatures. • Do not attend if you are currently unwell or have a contagious illness. • If you are pregnant, have a heart or circulatory condition, blood-pressure problems, epilepsy, diabetes, a recent operation or injury, or any other medical condition that could be affected by heat or cold exposure, seek appropriate medical advice before attending. • If you are unsure whether sauna or cold-water immersion is suitable for you, speak to a healthcare professional before booking. • Always follow the instructions of your sauna host during your visit.
