Lochside Wood-Fired Sauna at Eden Springs
Set on the edge of a serene loch at Eden Springs Fishery, this wood-fired sauna offers a beautifully considered outdoor experience in one of Scotland’s most peaceful landscapes. Designed for both shared and private sessions, the sauna sits quietly beside the water, inviting you to slow down, warm up, and reconnect — whether you arrive alone, with friends, or as part of a small group. Inside, the heat is traditional and deeply restorative. Outside, panoramic views across the loch create space to cool off naturally, breathe deeply, and take in the surrounding landscape. For those comfortable with cold-water immersion, the loch provides an invigorating contrast after your sauna session. Sessions are welcoming and unhurried, suitable for both regular sauna-goers and first-timers alike. This is a place to unwind, reset, and experience sauna as it’s meant to be — grounded, simple, and connected to nature. Private hire sessions are also available on request — please message the host if you’re looking for a specific time or group booking.
