Across the retreat, the days unfold gently through forest bathing, somatic movement, kundalini practice, conscious breathwork, nourishing meals and meaningful connection. There is also spaciousness built into the schedule time to walk in nature, journal, rest deeply, or simply be. Guests are encouraged to unplug as much as possible, allowing the nervous system to settle and the body to restore. HER NATURE is designed for women seeking simplicity, stillness and reconnection. Guests booking this option will stay in a shared room with three single beds and a shared bathroom. This option is perfect if you're attending alone or are happy to share the experience with other retreat guests. It offers a welcoming and comfortable space to rest between retreat sessions while enjoying the full programme. Guests joining alone will be thoughtfully paired with other retreat participants to create a supportive and relaxed atmosphere. This is the most affordable accommodation option, while still offering the same beautiful retreat environment and full access to the retreat experience.
