House rules

To help create a relaxed, respectful experience for everyone: Before you arrive • Bring two towels per person (one to sit on, one to dry off) • Swimwear optional for private bookings, depending on your group’s preference • Flip-flops or sliders recommended for walking across the field • Bring a refillable water bottle — drinking water is provided During your session • Private sessions may be clothing-optional, with respect for comfort and boundaries at all times • Please keep phones and cameras out of the sauna • No alcohol before or during your session • Be mindful when adding water to the stove — too much can cool it down • Only staff tend the fire • Remove shoes before entering the sauna • Gentle conversation is welcome — please remain mindful of the calm atmosphere
