Set within a regenerative farm in the heart of South-East Cornwall, Earthbound Farm’s wood-fired sauna offers calm, grounding public sauna sessions rooted in nature and seasonal rhythm. The sauna sits in a quiet field with wide skies and golden sunsets, inviting you to slow down and soften into the cycle of heat, breath, and rest. Public sessions are gently held and welcoming — ideal whether you’re arriving solo or joining others for a shared, restorative experience. This is a space to sweat, reset, and reconnect — both with yourself and the land around you. Public sauna sessions run on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays, with morning, afternoon, and evening slots available. The final session of the day begins at 6:00 pm. To help create a relaxed, respectful experience for everyone, we ask guests to observe the following: 🧺 Before you arrive • Please bring two towels (one to sit on, one to dry off) • Swimwear is required for public sessions • Flip-flops or sliders are recommended for walking across the field • Bring a refillable water bottle — drinking water is provided on site 🔥 During your session • This is a clothing-required sauna for public sessions • Please keep phones and cameras out of the sauna • No alcohol before or during your session • Be mindful when adding water to the stove — too much can cool it down • Only staff tend the fire • Remove shoes before entering the sauna • Gentle conversation is welcome — please remain mindful of the calm atmosphere Thank you for helping us maintain a peaceful, grounding space for all guests 🌿
