Finding Us There is plenty of free parking outside WAX Gym on Yeoman Way. From the car park, walk into the orchard and follow the apple espalier arches all the way to the top (a short 2–3 minute walk). As you pass the hedge at the top of the arches, the sauna meadow appears on your right just beside the Heart and Soul Café a peaceful spot to begin or end your sauna journey.

House rules

Please follow these guidelines to ensure everyone has a peaceful and safe experience: Arrive 10–15 minutes early so you’re ready to start on time. Sit on a clean towel (you’ll bring this with you). Do not bring your own oils or pour anything on the stove. Respect others’ space quiet conversation is welcome, but please be mindful. No phones or electronics inside the sauna. Remove jewellery before entering (it can get extremely hot). Follow all guidance from the sauna host during your visit. Be kind, considerate, and supportive of other guests.

Usage Guidelines

Bring 2 towels: one small towel to sit on and one for drying. Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. Bring a small snack (fruit is ideal) for after your session. A changing room is available, but arriving “sauna-ready” is recommended. Expect the sauna to be 70–90°C. Cool down gradually using the cold plunge, buckets, shower, or outdoor air. Repeat warm–cold cycles for the best benefits. Leave the sauna immediately if you feel unwell. Not suitable for guests who are pregnant (early stages), have cardiovascular issues, serious medical conditions, or have been advised to avoid heat exposure.
