This seasonal sauna ritual is held as an open group experience, rooted in traditional Lithuanian sauna practice (pirtis). Fresh citrus is infused into the steam and woven through the ritual alongside traditional leaf whisking, guided in a steady rhythm of warming and rest. The experience is bright yet grounding — supporting circulation, vitality and gentle seasonal clearing. The ritual unfolds over multiple rounds of heat and rest, allowing time to settle, integrate and reconnect with the body. House rules

This is a guided group ritual held with care and intention. Guests are asked to arrive on time and treat the space, the ritual and one another respectfully. Alcohol and recreational drugs are not permitted before or during the session. Mobile phones should be kept outside the sauna space unless agreed in advance. Participation is always optional — you are welcome to step out or take breaks at any time.

Usage Guidelines

Loose, breathable clothing is recommended. Tight or synthetic swimwear is best avoided, as natural fibres allow the body to breathe more freely in the heat. During whisking, the body may be lightly exposed to allow the ritual to be effective. Bikinis, natural-fibre underwear, or wrapping in a cotton or linen towel are all welcome options. The sauna space is held as a safe, professional and respectful environment, with comfort and consent prioritised throughout.
