From the glow of the sauna stove to the panoramic views just outside the door, every moment is crafted to help you slow down, unwind, and leave feeling renewed. We offer a choice of shared and private sessions — from simple sauna experiences to full wild-spa escapes — so you can book the time and space that suits you best. All bookings are approved manually to ensure availability and create the smoothest experience for your visit.

House rules
• If you’re booking on behalf of a group, you’re responsible for ensuring everyone has read these rules and knows how to use the facilities safely. • Alcohol, smoking, vaping, drugs and nudity are not permitted anywhere on site. • Redbarn Cavehill may refuse admission or end a session (without refund) if rules aren’t followed or if behaviour creates a safety risk. • Anyone over 16 can join shared sessions. Under-16s must be booked into a private session and supervised 1:1 by an adult. • Hanging jewellery must be removed before entering the sauna to avoid the risk of burning. • Please change within your allocated time slot if you wish to use the changing area. • Be mindful of neighbours when arriving and leaving the site. • You are responsible for your own belongings at all times.
Usage Guidelines
To keep everyone safe and ensure a relaxing experience, please follow these guidelines: Health & Medical • Do not use the sauna, hot tub, outdoor shower or cold plunge if you: – have high or low blood pressure, heart or circulatory conditions – suffer from epilepsy or diabetes – are pregnant – are prone to dizziness or fainting • All use of the sauna, hot tub and plunge pools is at your own risk. Sauna Etiquette & Safe Use • Wash your feet using the bucket provided before entering the sauna. • Always sit on a towel for hygiene and comfort. • Stay in the sauna for no longer than 20 minutes at a time (5–15 minutes recommended depending on experience). • Add water gently to the rocks using the ladle provided — pour from the back of the rocks to avoid steam burns. Do not throw water. • Only use the ‘sauna water’ provided. Do not pour anything else on the rocks. Moving Around the Space • Wear suitable waterproof footwear when moving between the sauna, hot tub, cold plunge pools, shower and changing area. • Take care on wet or uneven surfaces.
