Usage Guidelines

Sauna bathing and cold water immersion may not be suitable for everyone. All guests are responsible for monitoring their own wellbeing and should leave the sauna immediately if they feel dizzy, light-headed, unwell or uncomfortable. Cold plunging is optional. Guests should enter slowly, avoid staying in the water for longer than feels comfortable and never participate under pressure. Guests must not use the sauna or cold plunge while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Anyone who is pregnant or has a heart condition, blood pressure concerns, epilepsy, diabetes, circulation issues or another condition that may be affected by heat or cold exposure should seek advice from a healthcare professional before participating. Guests should bring swimwear, towels, drinking water and suitable footwear for moving safely between the sauna, plunge and rest area. The host or event organiser must ensure that children are supervised by a responsible adult at all times. All instructions provided by FYR Ritual during delivery, setup and use must be followed.

Setup Requirements

A suitable level and stable outdoor space is required for the sauna trailer and cold plunge setup. The venue must have safe vehicle and trailer access, with sufficient room for delivery, positioning and collection. The setup area should be clear of low branches, overhead cables, soft ground, steep slopes and other obstructions. Adequate space must be available around the sauna for safe guest movement, cooling down and access to the cold plunge. The event organiser is responsible for confirming that permission has been granted by the landowner or venue. Access to water may be required for filling or refreshing the cold plunge. Please confirm what water access is available when enquiring. FYR Ritual will confirm the final access, positioning and setup requirements before accepting the booking.
