Hello, I'm FYR Ritual.

Built in Norfolk and inspired by Nordic ritual, FYR Ritual is a family-run mobile wellness business bringing the restorative power of wood-fired sauna and cold immersion to communities across the UK. What began as a personal contrast therapy practice during lockdown grew into a passion for creating calm, grounding experiences that encourage connection, resilience and wellbeing. From coastal retreats and countryside pop-ups to private events, we create welcoming spaces where people can slow down, reconnect with nature and experience the benefits of moving between deep heat and refreshing cold. Our original sauna was lovingly hand-built from a repurposed horsebox, and sustainability continues to shape how we work - from the materials we use to the routes we travel.
