During a private session you’ll have exclusive access to the entire space, including the handcrafted wood-fired sauna, two temperature-controlled cold plunge baths and the surrounding outdoor relaxation area. The sauna itself was built by Scandinavian Sauna using Scandinavian spruce and designed to deliver authentic heat and atmosphere throughout the year. Alongside the sauna are two Urban Ice Tribe cold plunge baths with advanced filtration systems and independent chillers, typically maintained between 10°C and 4°C. Private sessions are perfect for couples, friends or small groups looking to enjoy a quieter and more personal sauna experience. Guests are welcome to move between heat, cold and rest at their own pace. Many people follow a simple rhythm of 10–15 minutes in the sauna followed by a short cold plunge, repeating the cycle several times throughout the session.
