Nordic Soul was founded by Chelsea, inspired by a deep love of nature, wellbeing and the restorative traditions of Nordic sauna culture. Following her own personal health journey and recovery from a neurological disorder, Chelsea discovered the powerful benefits of sauna, cold water immersion and slowing down. What began as a personal wellness practice soon became a mission to create a space where others could experience the same sense of renewal. Nestled in the Dorset countryside at Chalidcott Farm, Nordic Soul is designed as a sanctuary to step away from the pace of daily life, reconnect with nature and enjoy the simple rhythm of heat, cold and rest. Chelsea has completed Sauna Master training and is currently training as a Cold Water Practitioner, helping guests enjoy sauna and contrast therapy safely while getting the most out of their experience.
