Nestled in the Dorset countryside at Chalidcott Farm, Nordic Soul is a Scandinavian-inspired wood-fired sauna and cold plunge experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect with nature and prioritise your wellbeing. Our handcrafted sauna, built by Scandinavian Sauna from Scandinavian spruce, delivers authentic heat and atmosphere in a peaceful rural setting. Alongside the sauna you’ll find two Urban Ice Tribe cold plunge baths with advanced filtration systems and temperature control, typically maintained between 10°C and 4C. During this social session you’ll share the sauna space with others, creating a relaxed and welcoming environment where guests can enjoy the traditional rhythm of heat, cold and rest together. A typical session involves spending 10–15 minutes in the sauna followed by a short cold plunge, repeated two or three times depending on your preference. Take your time, hydrate, and listen to your body. Nordic Soul was founded by Chelsea following her own personal health journey and passion for wellbeing. Inspired by the traditions of Nordic sauna culture, the space is designed as a sanctuary where guests can disconnect from the pace of daily life and reconnect with themselves and the outdoors. Getting there Nordic Soul is located at Chalidcott Farm, Semley, Dorset. Parking is available at the electric vehicle charging area. From there it is a short 3-minute walk to the sauna, which is clearly signposted. Changing & belongings A shared changing area is available for guests to change before and after sessions. Personal belongings can be left here during your visit.
