Usage Guidelines

Private sessions allow your group to freely enjoy the sauna and cold immersion facilities during your booking. We recommend alternating between sauna heat and cold immersion for the full contrast therapy experience. Stay hydrated and take regular breaks between sauna rounds. If you feel dizzy or uncomfortable, exit the sauna immediately and rest.
