Sauna Flō is Wales’ first floating sauna and ice bath experience, located in the beautiful setting of Penarth Marina. Created to offer a space for people to slow down, reconnect, and experience the benefits of heat and cold therapy, Sauna Flō combines traditional sauna culture with the calming rhythm of the water. Guests can move between the warmth of the sauna and invigorating cold plunges while surrounded by the peaceful atmosphere of the marina. Whether you're visiting for relaxation, recovery, or simply to try contrast therapy for the first time, Sauna Flō aims to create a welcoming and restorative environment for everyone.
