Celebrate the arrival of spring with a guided Spring Equinox sauna ritual set within the peaceful surroundings of Haldon Forest, Exeter. Led by Sauna Master Michael Discombe of Sweat & Reset, this seasonal two-hour experience honours balance, renewal and the return of light at the point of equal day and night. Through gentle heat cycles, fresh seasonal aromas and intentional cool-downs, the ritual supports deep relaxation and clarity as we transition out of winter and into spring. Expect mindful aufguss, aromatic whisking and guided moments of stillness designed to help you reset both body and mind. When selecting your booking time, please choose the 13:45 slot. Other times may appear due to platform time increments, but the event begins at 1:45pm. House rules

• Please arrive 10–15 minutes before the session start time. • Bring two towels (one to sit on, one to dry), swimwear and water. • Jewellery should be removed before entering the sauna. • Guests must be 18+. • Please consult your GP before attending if you are pregnant or have any cardiovascular conditions. • No alcohol or drugs before or during the session.

Usage Guidelines

• This is a guided ritual, not a drop-in sauna session. • Participants are asked to follow the host’s guidance during heat and cool-down cycles. • Cool-down facilities are provided as part of the ritual experience. • Mobile phones are not permitted inside the sauna. • The session will go ahead in most weather conditions unless deemed unsafe by the host.
