House rules
• Please arrive 10 minutes before your session. • Swimwear must be worn at all times. • Bring two towels (one to sit on in the sauna, one for drying off afterwards). • Bring sliders/flip-flops for moving between the sauna and cold plunge area. • Alcohol, drugs or intoxication are strictly not permitted. • You must be 18 or over to use the sauna (insurance requirement). • Keep noise to a respectful level to preserve the calm atmosphere. • Follow all instructions from the sauna team regarding safety and usage. • Please respect the space — tidy up after your session and take all belongings with you. • If you can no longer attend, you’re welcome to offer your space to a friend in line with the cancellation policy.
Usage Guidelines
• Hydrate well before and after your session. • Take regular breaks from the heat — listen to your body. • Use a towel on the bench inside the sauna. • Do not attend if you are pregnant (early stages), taking certain medications, or have cardiovascular, joint, implant, or chronic medical conditions without medical advice. • Not suitable for anyone with pacemakers/defibrillators or recent heart issues. • Please bring: swimwear, flip-flops, a towel, and drinking water. • Cold-water plunges are optional — enter slowly and mindfully. • If you feel light-headed, step outside the sauna immediately.
