House rules

• Guests must be 18 years or older • Suitable swimwear must be worn at all times • Please bring two towels per person (one to sit on and one to dry yourself) • Sit on a towel whilst using the sauna benches • Remove jewellery and metal items before entering the sauna • Do not attend under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs • Follow all staff instructions and facility guidance • Please respect the facilities and leave them as you found them • Leave the sauna immediately if you feel dizzy, unwell or uncomfortable
