House rules

Respect the space, the setting, and other guests at all times. • Swimwear must be worn (no underwear) • Please sit on a towel inside the sauna • No alcohol or intoxication permitted • Jewellery should be removed before entering the sauna • Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult (under 13s not permitted) • The operators reserve the right to refuse entry for health & safety reasons • All guests use the sauna and cold plunge at their own risk

Usage Guidelines

Sauna and cold water therapy can be incredibly beneficial when used correctly. • Stay well hydrated before and during your session • Recommended: 5–15 minutes in the sauna per round • Allow time to cool down between sessions (cold plunge or rest) • Do not exceed 15 minutes in the sauna at any one time • Pour water gently over the sauna stones using the provided water only If you have any medical conditions (including heart conditions, blood pressure concerns, pregnancy, or use of medication), please consult your doctor before booking. If in any doubt, you should not use the sauna. Cold plunge use is optional and undertaken at your own risk.
