Dragonfly Sauna Sunday – A 3-Hour Woodland Spa Session Spend your Sunday immersed in heat, cold and calm at Dragonfly Retreat. Each session gives you three unhurried hours to move between our wood-fired sauna, hot tub and cold plunge, set within a private 2-acre countryside space on our peaceful farm in Kent. With a maximum of eight guests per session, the atmosphere remains relaxed, spacious and unhurried — perfect for friends, couples or solo guests seeking reset and recovery. If you’d like exclusive use of the space, simply reserve all 8 places. House rules

• Maximum 8 guests per session • Arrive 10 minutes before your session start time • Bring swimwear, towel and water bottle • Respect the peaceful countryside setting • No external speakers (music is already provided) • Alcohol to be consumed responsibly
