Sunday 24th May | 11:00am-4:30pm Taffside Sauna, Llandaff Rowing Club, Cardiff Join us for a relaxed, community-focused LGBTQIA+ wellness day curated to help you connect, unwind and recharge in a safe, inclusive space. Set beside the river at Taffside Sauna, this intimate retreat blends movement, contrast therapy, creativity and rest - all thoughtfully curated to create a day that feels nourishing and affirming. Arrival from 10:30am to settle in with tea, connection and gentle welcomes. The retreat officially begins at 11:00am sharp. What’s included: • Meet & greet • Yoga session • Private sauna & cold plunge • Vegan & gluten-free lunch • Creative ​/​ craft activities • Gentle walk • Sound bath With just 10 spaces available, the day is intentionally small and personal - allowing space for real connection and restoration. Yoga, sound bath, crafts session and lunch will take place in a large tented area beside the river. The space will be heated if needed depending on weather and temperature, so you can stay cosy and comfortable. If the weather allows, some of these activities may also take place outdoors to make the most of the setting. House rules

• This is an LGBTQIA+ centred space. • Please arrive between 10:30–10:45am so we can begin together at 11:00am. • Bring swimwear, 2 towels, water bottle and comfortable layers for outdoor transitions. • Respect confidentiality - what’s shared in the group stays in the group. • No drugs. Alcohol not permitted during the retreat.

Usage Guidelines
