Monthly Social Sauna at Howgills Hideaway
The Monthly Social Sauna is a 75-minute shared, informal sauna experience designed to offer rest, grounding, and gentle connection in a beautiful rural setting (60 minute sauna with time either side for changing/ hot drinks). Held outdoors at Howgills Hideaway, the session is hosted by Fiona (Bloom with Berry) and takes place in a wood-fired sauna surrounded by rolling hills and open skies. Guests are free to move between heat, cooling, and rest at their own pace, creating their own natural rhythm of sauna bathing. There is no guided ritual or instruction during these sessions — just space to slow down, warm up, and enjoy the sauna together in a relaxed, welcoming environment. These sessions are ideal if you’re: • New to sauna • Coming on your own • Looking for a calm, communal experience without intensity or structure Group energy is gentle and unhurried, with plenty of time to rest between rounds. If you are pregnant or have any medical conditions (including cardiovascular concerns), please consult a healthcare professional before booking. Stay hydrated, move gently between heat and cool, and step out at any point if something doesn’t feel right. Guests are welcome to move between heat, cool-down, and rest as they feel comfortable.
