House rules

• Arrive 10 minutes before your session to allow for setup and instructions. • Please bring swimwear, towels, and water to stay hydrated. • No glass bottles or alcohol in or around the sauna. • Be respectful of others and the peaceful lakeside setting.

Usage Guidelines

Sessions must be pre-booked via SwimNest • Stay hydrated: drink water before and after your session. • Limit sauna time to a maximum of 15–20 minutes per round. • Cool down safely: use the natural pool between sauna rounds. • Not recommended for those with heart conditions, high​​/​​low blood pressure, or if pregnant. • Children must be supervised at all times. • Leave the sauna immediately if you feel dizzy, unwell, or lightheaded. ⚠️ Disclaimer: Use of the sauna is at your own risk.
